What you'll do

• Maintain the marina fleet
• train marina staff on daily operations and service standards
• oversee seasonal dock maintenance and boat storage
• organize and track slip, boat, and equipment rentals
• create weekly staff schedules
• supervise daily operations
• verify reservations and prepare for activities
• captain rentals and lake tours and handle boat returns
• maintain lines and fenders
• perform preventative boat and lift maintenance
• keep marina areas clean
• assist with docking and launching boats
• accommodate guest and member requests
• support resort operations and department projects.
