• support configuration, monitoring, maintenance, identity and access management, patching, backups, and updates
• investigate service requests and incidents, troubleshoot and escalate as appropriate
• maintain scripts and contribute to automation
• document changes and procedures
• follow security, compliance, and data protection requirements.
