What you'll do

• Assist the General Manager with restaurant operations and manpower planning
• ensure menu items are prepared and presented according to procedures and health regulations
• support productivity and service standards
• maintain facility and equipment, safety, and sanitation
• manage food and non-food inventory
• conduct staffing, training, and performance-review activities
• ensure accurate payroll, cash, receipts, food-cost, and operating-expense data
• address system breakdowns and support guest satisfaction.
