The Registered Nurse (RN), Hospice Admissions role is onsite in Pueblo, CO, and is full time, Tuesday through Saturday. Pay is $38–$42 per hour. As an initial point of contact for patients and families beginning hospice care, the nurse explains services, answers questions, conducts assessments, obtains consents, and initiates individualized care plans. The role collaborates with the interdisciplinary team to support a smooth and comforting transition into care.
