What you'll do

• Welcome patients
• guide check-in and enter forms accurately in the EMR
• verify insurance and explain coverage and payments due
• complete checkout, organize and scan records, and provide documentation
• answer or route calls
• handle emails and faxes
• manage cash drawer setup and closeout
• keep the front desk and lobby clean and disinfect between patients
• support the clinic team as assigned.
