Primary Care Physician

The Primary Care Physician role is onsite in Durham, NC, with a base salary of $230,000–$250,000 per year plus an incentive bonus based on quality metrics. The physician serves local Medicare populations through neighborhood primary care centers using a value-based care model. The listed schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., with an average of 13–16 patients per day.

What you'll do

• Provide primary care to local Medicare patient populations in a value-based care model.
• Work with the clinic care team to support preventive care, quality outcomes, low hospital admissions, and patient experience.
