What you'll do

• Check with dispatch before departure
• perform DOT-required pre-trip inspections and radio checks
• pick up students and ensure safe boarding and seating
• enforce ride rules and report serious incidents
• operate the bus in compliance with traffic laws and transit regulations
• check for children left on the bus
• transport authorized passengers to trips and activities
• report accidents and complete reports
• maintain fuel levels, clean the bus, and report maintenance needs.
