What you'll do

• Assist with planning and implementing group activities
• conduct individualized activities and sensory stimulation
• document resident participation and progress
• assist with supply inventory and activity organization
• help transport residents to program areas
• assess new admissions’ interests, abilities, limitations, prognosis, and family expectations
• maintain records and support activities of daily living and restorative programs.
