What you'll do

• Welcome patients
• manage check-in and check-out, including insurance and demographic verification
• book, reschedule, and cancel appointments
• answer and route calls
• collect payments and discuss payment arrangements when needed
• file, scan, and update records
• coordinate patient flow with clinical staff and providers
• maintain the reception area
• protect patient privacy and follow HIPAA guidelines.
