Description

Perform and assist with public company audits and reviews in various industries under PCAOB standards. Prepare and analyze financial statements and evaluate internal controls. Assist with the coordination of the day-to-day duties of planning, fieldwork and wrap-up. Understanding of US GAAP and SEC financial reporting standards.
