Regional Sales Manager

What you'll do

• Generate new business through networking, social media, cold calling, online research, competitor targeting, and lead follow-up
• research opportunities and network in the field
• assess client needs and account profitability
• meet or exceed sales objectives
• develop solutions for client goals
• maintain internal communication before and during sales and support client transitions to operations
• document client information
• coordinate service implementation with construction management, marketing, analytics, and operations
• maintain CRM and sales pipeline records
• use sales tools
• identify improvement opportunities and consult business leaders on needs and solutions.
