Center Clinical Director

Supervises and trains primary care providers (PCPs) in his/her assigned center. Maximizes core model execution, including clinical quality, efficiency, outcomes, and clinician/patient satisfaction. Provides direct patient care as a PCP and/or other clinical duties. Leads leadership responsibilities, including PCP performance, engagement, and building clinical-operations synergy and culture.
