What you'll do

• Maintain a centralized database of creative specifications and requirements across vendors and platforms
• build and maintain workback schedules for creative deadlines and campaign launches
• attend campaign and creative release meetings
• communicate timelines and scheduling changes to media buying and marketing partners
• check creative assets for correct format and timely delivery
• apply tagging and naming conventions accurately
• flag tracking or trafficking discrepancies for supervisor review
• provide basic creative best-practice recommendations based on platform specifications.
