Reconstruction Estimator

The Reconstruction Estimator role is onsite in Fort Worth, TX. Compensation is $75,000–$90,000 per year. The estimator prepares accurate, timely project estimates and coordinates scopes with internal teams and external stakeholders. The work helps ensure reconstruction claims and projects align with carrier guidelines, TPA program standards, and company expectations.

What you'll do

• Prepare detailed estimates for mitigation and reconstruction projects using Xactimate or relevant platforms
• collaborate with project and mitigation managers on scopes
• ensure estimates meet TPA standards and timelines
• communicate with adjusters, TPAs, and homeowners
• conduct onsite inspections
• update XactAnalysis and other TPA portals
• track adjustments, supplements, and approvals through project closeout.
