• Partner with agency teams to identify recurring problems and inefficiencies
• investigate root causes
• scope projects, stakeholders, requirements, goals, and timelines
• recommend and help implement appropriate technology or AI-driven solutions
• deliver training and ongoing enablement
• provide post-launch support
• coordinate with product and engineering teams when needed
• track outcomes and share insights
• document and spread effective solutions across agencies
• flag broader platform needs.
