What you'll do

• Clean parking lots, walkways, landscaping, service areas, storefront windows, signage, and exterior surfaces
• stock the cleaning cart
• empty exterior trash cans
• operate a riding auto-scrubber, power washer, and outdoor vacuum
• perform snow and ice removal as directed
• water landscaping if irrigation fails
• support maintenance staff
• assist customers
• follow OSHA health and safety standards.
