What you'll do

• Develop and implement individualized service plans, including direct counseling
• supervise and support recreational and social activities
• provide crisis intervention and document observations and services
• transport residents to appointments as needed
• educate, model, and monitor medication compliance, independent living, and interpersonal skills
• coordinate work with employees and organizations.
