What you'll do

• Mix and serve drinks using standard recipes
• oversee bar setup, service, and closing
• maintain bar cleanliness and supplies
• know menu items and beverage selections
• direct and coach barbacks
• count inventory when requested
• complete opening, closing, and side duties
• provide attentive guest service
• handle cash and report spillage accurately
• follow safe ordering practices for guests with allergens.
