The role coordinates with other hotel departments and oversees operational processes, including payroll, reporting, forecasting, inventory, and budgets.

What you'll do

• Support the Director in leading in-room dining, restaurant, and coffee shop operations
• hire, train, coach, and counsel employees
• oversee performance and salary reviews
• direct payroll, reports, forecasts, inventory, and budgets
• coordinate with hotel departments
• resolve customer complaints
• implement procedures to improve guest and employee satisfaction
• maintain food and beverage quality and Hyatt service standards
• conduct daily walkthroughs for health-regulation and corporate-standard compliance.
