What you'll do

• Provide customer documentation through internal systems and portals
• maintain the TraceGains Gather site
• coordinate and track Quality mailbox requests
• maintain corporate statements
• collaborate on customer and regulatory statements
• manage Kosher and Halal programs
• provide regulatory guidance for products, renewals, and registrations
• identify quality-system improvements
• update policies, procedures, systems, and practices as requirements change.
