What you'll do

• Set creative direction for events, decor, presentation, and guest experience
• lead and mentor the Creative/The Edit team
• develop client concepts and recommendations
• collaborate with Culinary, Sales, Event Design, Operations, and Marketing
• launch and grow The Edit
• manage its revenue, expenses, profitability, collection, inventory strategy, purchasing, and pricing
• oversee installations.
