Weekend Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor

What you'll do

• Support the Director of Nursing and Assistant Director of Nursing with daily nursing operations
• ensure nursing staff follow facility policies, job descriptions, and regulatory requirements
• participate in state surveys, audits, and inspections as needed
• conduct routine rounds to monitor care quality and clinical standards
• provide leadership and support to nursing staff during assigned shifts.
