Clinic Occupational Therapist Permanent Placement This is an onsite, full-time position in Colorado Springs, CO, with a salary range of $80,000-$84,000 per year. Epic Special Education Staffing is partnering with an incredible clinic in their permanent placement search for an Occupational Therapist. The purpose of this role is to provide occupational therapy services to children, helping them develop strategies and behaviors to negotiate daily interactions and build relationships, making a difference daily through this important work.

What you'll do

• Conduct occupational therapy evaluations and assessments
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Provide direct occupational therapy services
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members
• Support clients in developing fine motor, visual motor, sensory regulation, self-help, feeding, play, and adaptive living skills
• Implement sensory-based strategies
• Provide caregiver coaching and education
• Monitor client progress
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
• Adhere to professional, ethical, and legal standards.

What we're looking for

Education

Valid Occupational Therapist credential/license

Experience

2 years of experience working with children with developmental disabilities including autism; 1 year of experience overseeing and training staff
