What you'll do

• Define and drive test vehicles for high-current BCD and low-voltage GaN process technologies
• translate process targets and product roadmaps into architectures and specifications
• design and simulate power-stage circuits
• select and characterize power devices
• perform IC-level layout
• extend designs to module, package, or board level as needed
• develop characterization plans
• lead or support silicon bring-up and debug
• collaborate with process, reliability, product/applications, and test engineering
• and document methodology and results.
