What you'll do

• Lead assigned underwriters and an appraisal analyst
• ensure pipeline metrics, quality guidelines, and risk parameters are met
• maintain knowledge of mortgage products, policies, processes, and documentation
• monitor trends and provide coaching or training
• prepare trend reports and conduct second-tier reviews
• assist with complex loans and exception vetting
• serve as an escalation point
• recruit, develop, mentor, and retain team members
• manage daily operations.
