The Surgical Technician – Neuro Spine Surgery position is onsite at Swedish Cherry Hill in Seattle, WA. Compensation is $38.56–$58.87 per hour, with additional compensation potentially available for shift differentials, standby or on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shifts or bonuses. The role supports the Surgical Services department and Providence’s patient-focused care mission. The surgical technologist prepares instrumentation, equipment and supplies to facilitate surgical procedures and works as part of the surgical team under registered nurse supervision. This work supports patient care alongside surgeons, anesthesiologists and other medical support personnel in neuro spine surgery.

A $10,000 hiring bonus is available to eligible external candidates who meet payment conditions. Required qualifications include completion of a surgical technician vocational program or equivalent training, Washington Surgical Technologist Registration upon hire, and American Heart Association BLS upon hire. Six months of hospital operating room experience is preferred.
