Member Solutions Advisor

The Member Solutions Advisor role is onsite at St. Mary’s Credit Union’s main office in Marlborough, MA. Pay is $22–$26 per hour. The role supports the credit union’s Member Solutions Center by providing account services and resolving member inquiries through phone and email.

What you'll do

• Handle inbound and outbound calls while navigating multiple applications
• identify member needs, research issues, and provide solutions
• provide account information and complete account maintenance requests
• troubleshoot digital banking issues
• conduct loan interviews and process consumer loan and credit card applications
• research complaints and escalate as appropriate
• recommend products and services when relevant
• follow risk, regulatory, security, and confidentiality requirements.
