What you'll do

• Greet and assist customers with parking inquiries and directions
• address concerns professionally
• process point-of-sale transactions and event-day parking passes
• direct and monitor traffic
• make facility rounds for safety and cleanliness
• check parking equipment and gates and report malfunctions
• ensure guests use designated spaces and follow parking rules.
