What you'll do

• Lead and mentor a team of 6–10 field technicians
• conduct monthly training, skills verification, and quality checks
• oversee service obligations and work orders
• coordinate emergency response and 365-day coverage
• participate in a monthly on-call rotation and take technician calls seven days a week except during PTO
• plan preventive maintenance
• guide troubleshooting and repairs
• dispatch subcontractors
• manage tools, inventory, budgets, hiring support, and personnel hours.
