What you'll do

• Conduct initial client intake assessments and gather information about needs, preferences, and eligibility
• coordinate admissions with clients and families
• verify insurance coverage and obtain service authorizations
• work with billing to document financial information
• coordinate client preparation with staff
• explain programs, policies, community resources, and support groups
• maintain accurate confidential records in compliance with CARF and Virginia Administrative Code requirements
• and participate in quality improvement meetings and training.
