What you'll do

• Lead monthly close and financial statement preparation for affiliated entities
• maintain accounting policies and internal controls
• liaise with fund administrators across more than 40 private funds
• review NAV packages and prepare investor reporting
• assist with quarterly distributions and treasury functions
• coordinate approximately 45–50 annual audits
• manage tax requests and filing processes for more than 300 annual returns
• prepare covenant and compliance reporting
• support finance technology implementations and, as the role grows, help manage and develop accounting staff.
