What you'll do

• Own the integrated technology portfolio and enterprise roadmap
• lead prioritization and sequencing
• establish program and project management standards
• measure schedule, cost, scope, capacity, delivery confidence, benefits, and outcomes
• manage resource planning and dependencies
• partner on financial performance
• lead portfolio performance reviews
• produce executive reporting
• track benefits realization
• identify delivery risks
• improve portfolio management maturity
• build and lead the portfolio and delivery organization.
