What you'll do

• Perform general physical-plant maintenance
• maintain steam, electrical, plumbing, boiler, and heating systems
• troubleshoot electrical and plumbing issues
• maintain and test generators and emergency equipment
• perform facility upkeep, painting, light construction, carpentry, small-engine repair, grounds work, and cleaning
• assist during emergencies and support vendors or contractors.
