What you'll do

• Provide technical support for production facilities
• support live transmissions and video streaming
• provide technical support on remote shoots as needed
• maintain equipment
• help build and verify master-control playout schedules
• monitor on-air output and respond to faults
• troubleshoot signal, network, and equipment issues
• document causes and fixes
• use AI tools and scripting to streamline routine work
• manage asset records
• and assist with upgrades and cross-training.
