What you'll do

• Manage and grow assigned healthcare accounts across Appalachia
• serve as primary contact for health systems, hospitals, physician groups, and provider customers
• understand customer operations, workflows, and goals
• develop account plans for adoption, retention, expansion, and revenue growth
• support use of technology for remote patient management
• identify opportunities to expand services
• collaborate internally to resolve issues
• maintain account activity and pipeline information in CRM systems.
