Preschool Teacher

The Preschool Teacher position is full-time and onsite in Santa Rosa, CA. Compensation is $24–$28 per hour. The role supports North Bay Children’s classroom teaching team and early childhood program. The teacher helps provide a safe, welcoming environment that supports children’s development through respectful interactions, classroom supervision, daily setup, documentation, and communication with families. The role also works collaboratively with teaching staff and supports child behavior plans and referrals.

What you'll do

• Provide warm, respectful attention to children and use positive reinforcement and redirection
• maintain required supervision and safe classroom and outdoor areas
• assist with daily classroom setup and records
• report injuries
• communicate with parents
• support behavior plans and referrals
• attend staff development days and maintain required pediatric CPR and First Aid certification.
