The role develops culinary programs and coordinates with Club leadership and other departments across dining, banquets, events, the Beach Club, and employee dining.

What you'll do

• Lead culinary operations across a la carte dining, banquets, special events, Beach Club, pastry, stewarding, and employee dining
• develop seasonal menus and standardized recipes
• oversee purchasing, inventory, vendor relationships, and cost controls
• direct event culinary execution
• recruit, train, schedule, supervise, and develop staff
• manage budgets and food safety
• maintain records and collaborate with Club departments.
