General Superintendent — Water and Wastewater Construction

The General Superintendent role is onsite across L7 Construction projects in Central Florida. Compensation is not specified. L7 Construction builds and improves water and wastewater systems and treatment plants for cities and municipalities. The role exists to lead field operations across active projects, supporting superintendents and field teams so work is staffed, resourced, scheduled, and executed safely and to company standards. It helps maintain consistent project delivery and communication between field teams and the office.

What you'll do

• Lead and oversee field operations across active projects
• support project superintendents and field leaders
• identify project execution, staffing, resource, and scheduling concerns
• assist with manpower plans
• monitor schedules
• establish consistent field processes and best practices
• visit active sites
• oversee coordination, equipment, labor budgets, quality control, and safety
• mentor and coach field personnel
• promote communication across projects and departments.

Why this role
