What you'll do

• Receive and process patient health information requests under company and facility policies
• safeguard confidential information and apply medical privacy regulations
• maintain knowledge of facility software
• assemble accurate and complete medical records
• create digital images for electronic records
• retrieve and transmit records to authorized internal and external requesters
• answer calls
• may assist with walk-ins, faxes, mail, data entry, and pickup scheduling
• meet site productivity expectations.
