What you'll do

• Operate batching facilities and a computer-controlled batching system
• interpret computer orders to control mix design and slump
• weigh product transferred to trucks
• monitor control boards and screens
• inspect truck positioning and concrete as needed
• complete records and paperwork
• maintain material inventories
• inspect and clean silos, weigh hoppers, and plant areas
• assist with troubleshooting, cleanup, and coworker training
• follow lockout/tagout procedures and maintain a safe work environment.
