What you'll do

• Participate in budget preparation and profit-and-loss management
• communicate with customers and railroads about scheduling and operational issues
• implement and teach operating standards
• manage business planning, forecasting, variance analysis, and costs
• promote safety and environmental stewardship
• direct, coach, and develop team members
• maintain customer and vendor relationships
• use administrative systems and meet deadlines.
