What you'll do

• Provide basic and direct nursing care
• document patient status, interventions, responses, needs, and progress
• communicate with RNs and physicians
• prepare and administer medications according to policy
• observe and document medication responses
• admit, transfer, and discharge residents
• chart incidents
• maintain accurate narcotic records and notify the Director of Nursing of discrepancies.
