Kids Club Associate

Job overview

The Kids Club Associate role is onsite in Greensboro, NC. Compensation is $10–$12 per hour. The position provides childcare and supervised activities for children of gym members. The associate provides age-appropriate care and activities while maintaining children’s safety and security. The role supports families using the gym by supervising children, following check-in procedures, and keeping the Kids Club area organized and clean.

What you'll do

• Care for children in the gym’s designated Kids Club area
• organize and participate in games and activities
• read and lead simple arts, crafts, and songs
• care for children with special needs as needed
• organize toys and materials
• sanitize toys and equipment
• help plan age-appropriate activities
• complete required paperwork
• contact parents or guardians when needed
• follow sign-in, sign-out, and parental identification procedures
• maintain accountability for children.
