What you'll do

• Provide customer service to visitors, clients, and staff
• screen people entering the facility according to established protocols
• observe and report suspicious activity, prohibited items, and access concerns
• respond calmly to incidents and visitor concerns
• conduct regular and random patrols
• document observations and activity.
