Quality Assurance Tester

Job overview

The Quality Assurance Tester role is based in Phoenix, AZ, with the ability and willingness to work in-office up to five days per week as business needs require. The tester evaluates software against business requirements and design specifications, plans and executes testing, and reports defects and results. This work helps development and cross-functional teams identify quality issues and verify fixes before software changes are relied upon.

What you'll do

• Review functional requirements and design specifications
• define testing scope, strategies, plans, cases, data, and procedures
• execute functional, black-box, UI, compatibility, integration, performance, regression, and automation testing as needed
• identify, report, and verify defects
• communicate test results and coordinate test platforms with Network Services
• collaborate with development, management, and operations teams.
