The SMT Operator/Programmer is an onsite, full-time role located in Saint Paul, MN. The operator programs and runs equipment with minimal supervision, ensuring top quality and safety standards while maintaining production supplies and tracking stencils.
What you'll do
- Setup, run, and maintain MPM printers, Fuji placers, Heller ovens, and coaters.
- Build and update component and AOI inspection profiles.
- Track stencils and production supplies.
- Support team goals and troubleshoot line issues.
- Program Fuji Aimex II machines using Nexium software.
