SMU Special Events Attendant

What you'll do

• Answer customer questions courteously
• provide customer service and receive parking payments
• facilitate traffic flow through gates
• give directions and provide location information
• control traffic at entrances and exits as needed
• report accidents, policy violations, hazards, unusual occurrences, and spills
• count starting bank money
• secure cash and coupons
• make change and issue receipts or tickets
• reconcile shift transactions and complete cashier reports.
