What you'll do

• Record and reconcile revenue across communities in Yardi 8
• prepare monthly revenue journal entries
• reconcile resident accounts receivable to the general ledger
• apply ASC 606 and company accounting policies
• investigate revenue variances
• lead revenue close activities
• prepare flux and trend analyses and reporting packages
• maintain rate schedules and payer contract data
• support audits
• develop reporting tools and recommend process improvements.
