The Multi-Site Leasing Consultant – The Wilder & Union 18 role is full-time and onsite in Seattle, WA, supporting The Wilder and Union 18. The schedule is Tuesday–Saturday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM, and pay is $24–$25 per hour. Thrive Communities’ property-management work aims to elevate residents’ living experiences and build flourishing communities.

What you'll do

• Generate lease paperwork and related legal documents
• greet prospective residents, show the community, and perform leasing duties
• support leasing sales and closing ratios
• train and mentor leasing team members
• maintain tour paths, vacant units, and model units in partnership with maintenance
• support resident relations and retention
• contribute to marketing and listing content
• respond to calls and emails
• maintain reports and lease files
• process move-ins, move-outs, and security-deposit reports
• route resident service requests to maintenance.
