What you'll do

• Explain infrared sauna, red light therapy, and chromotherapy services to generate membership, package, introductory session, and retail sales
• generate leads through grassroots marketing and events
• manage inquiries and follow-ups through phone, SMS, email, and social media
• conduct first-visit presentations, tours, and corporate sales outreach
• support member retention
• maintain studio cleanliness and refresh sauna suites between appointments
• assist with administrative tasks and customer care.
